A little History...

Barbara Gaudette of Whitinsville, a landscape designer, was the impetus for the club when she gave a lecture in Whitinsville on the Whitin Estate Gardens. Names were collected of those interested in exploring the idea of a local garden club and the seed was sown for BVG. A survey was mailed to those on the list seeking input on the club's interests and direction and results were shared at the first informal meeting at the end of October.

Membership Information
Membership in the Blackstone Valley Gardeners is open to all area residents. Dues are $20 per year (April through March) for individuals; additional family members from the same address may join for one half the individual fee.

Meeting Information
Unless otherwise announced in the monthly newsletter, all meetings are held at the Sutton Senior Center 19 Hough Rd. Sutton, Ma. It is just over the Northbridge line and accessible by Rt. 146. Parking is available on the premises. The hospitality greeting starts at 7pm. Most meetings are open to the public for a fee of $5 per nonmember per meeting.
